Quick reference
- 15 minutes = 0.25
- 30 minutes = 0.50
- 45 minutes = 0.75
- Formula: decimal = hours + (minutes ÷ 60)
The full timecard can display totals as decimal or h:mm — toggle “Hours display” on the calculator.

FAQ
Why use decimal hours?
Many time clocks and payroll systems multiply decimal hours × rate. 7:30 is 7.5 hours, not 7.30.
Does the timecard support both formats?
Yes. Switch between Decimal (7.50) and h:mm (7:30) on the main timecard with lunch.
